  Received some old cold fries that tasted as if they were fried 3 days ago. Bummed since they charge so much

  Upon calling for a pick up order, I was greeted by someone who sounded like a high schooler who had no intention of taking a to go order, which I understand because we all hate our jobs. That was not the issue as I am also in the service industry so I pay no mind to peoples tone of voice. What the real issue was, was that I had to:
  1) Stop her from finishing the order because she cut me off after only picking one flavor for my combo (every other time they ask me what two flavors I want)
  2) Ask her if I could make that a combo (again, they ask me if I would like to make it a combo)
  3) I had to drive from one location to the other because the person who answered my call failed to tell me which location I was calling to. I thought I was calling the location down the street from me)
  
  Nevertheless, none of this would have happened if there was communication from the employee. I did not pick up my order because I did not want to give my money to a location with such lackluster service. I will not stop going to Wingstop because I love it, but THIS is the most disappointing service I've received. That's saying something because they let less educated people work at McDonald's.

  This used to be one of the best locations in Fort Worth. Not so much anymore. I would ask that the 2 girls working the front register to pay attention to the orders, making sure they note items such as extra dry seasoning or rub, not a cup of cooking oil in the bottom of your to go bag leaking everywhere. Texting and spending time on their phone seems to be where their undivided attention goes.
  I have given them my final order for sometime. Each time I go, my order isn't what I asked for and I got half a container of oil sloshing around. Third time was a charm and I had enough even though I love Wingstop.
  The old crew that worked there is missed. They were sharp, nice to talk to and got the orders right every time. Mine was half good, half grease. I had stopped there after a long day for a to go order and when I got home, I was disappointed.
  
  Again.

  They don't prepare your food when you order on the phone until you actually get there . So you will still be waiting either way .
